Dear Congresswoman Titus:
I am writing this letter to you to commend you on your fine staff here in Las Vegas. I have found each and every staff member that I have had contact with to be very professional and patient with me.
I would like to single out District Representative Cameron Asgarian and the fine job he has done. English is my second language and Mr. Asgarian has shown great patience with me in our conversations, and I sincerely appreciate his atttitude and enthusiasm...
We're currently having problems with our mortgage payments and found your recent housing seminar in Henderson to be informative. We have a special set of circumstances that need to be addressed if we are to recover from this problem. It is our hope that you and our other Senators and Representatives will do all you can to help our state. We trust you will.
Very truly yours,
Ronald and Adela

Dear Congresswoman,
My name is George and I am writing this letter to thank you and your staff for getting my pay problem resolved. Darla Geary was fantastic. She listened to my concerns and issues, and within twenty-four hours she had them pretty much resolved. I got paid two days after leaving your office. That is OUTSTANDING work. I apologize for having to use your office for what may seem a petty problem but my family and I were in a bind.
I am glad to know that your office is available to help veterans like myself.
Thank you again.
Sincerely and Respectfully,
George

Dear Representative Titus,
Thank you very much for coming to Las Vegas with your Congress on the Corner meeting on June 27th, 2009. It was my great honor to meet with you that day.
I would also like to thank you for your kind letter of July 15th, 2009 in response to my hardship and issue with Wells Fargo Bank for over nine months in requesting a mortgage loan hardship loan modification.
Wells Fargo Bank was classified by the Federal Reserve as "too large to fail" and had to be bailed out with taxpayer money to stay solvent. After pleading with them to help me save my home, I got no help from them, but a constant run around. I did everything they asked and contacted them constantly to make sure everything was on track and moving along, but they kept trying to take my home away from me...
You and your wonderful District Representative aid Mr. Cameron Asgarian, were able to accomplish an amazing miracle. Mr. Asgarian called me on Monday, June 29th, 2009 and updated all the information that Wells Fargo needed for loan modification qualification and processing. He then faxed them that information on the next day. Wells Fargo then approved me and modified my mortgage loan. They sent me the new loan paperwork via overnight mail and it was delivered on Friday, July 3rd, 2009 which was a holiday.
I am so very glad that you are my U.S. Congress Representative. You are so caring and concerned for all your constituents in Nevada and district three. Thank you for your wonderful and amazing staff, such as Mr. Cameron Asgarian. Also, thank you for your much needed help in saving my home from Wells Fargo foreclosure. I feel that thank you does not full express my heartfelt gratitude for all that you have done for me. I hope my experience can help others in Nevada.
Sincerely,
George

Dear Ms. Titus,
On August 17th I wrote to you pertaining a disability claim. In September you replied with instructions to contact your caseworker Anthony Springer. I followed those instructions and on September 18th, Anthony called and informed me that my date had been set and was December 9th. I can not tell you how greatful I am for your help and assistance with this matter. Anthony did a wonderful job taking care of this an doing it so quickly.
When I originally sent you my letter I did not think I would even hear from you but you did take the time to respond. You gave me home that as a politician you do care about people back home. Thank you so very much for your help and assistance. I can assure you I will never forget this.
Sincerely,
Salvatore
