Today Rep. Dina Titus of Nevada’s First Congressional District released the following statement on President Trump’s tariff on the nation’s solar industry.

“The President’s new tariff puts targets on the backs of large and small solar companies that have provided thousands of jobs, cut emissions, and diversified power sources in Nevada. It is a de facto tax on consumers and a major obstacle for new clean energy developments across the nation. Once again, this administration is out of touch and out of step with reality.”
