Titus, Amodei wager community service on Rebels, Wolf Pack game

Representatives Dina Titus (NV-1), Professor Emerita at UNLV, and Mark Amodei (NV-2), a University of Nevada alumnus, today announced a friendly wager on Saturday’s football game between the Runnin' Rebels and the Wolf Pack in Reno. In honor of “Make A Difference Day,” they will perform a community service project with the losing member sporting the opposing team’s sweatshirt and supplying the victor with an appropriate colored Fremont Cannon replica.

Congresswoman Dina Titus today applauded the unanimous passage of the Thompson-Titus amendment to the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2013. This bipartisan amendment, co-authored by Titus, directs the GAO to conduct a year analysis examining the current and projected costs associated with combatting aquatic invasive species and to develop a long-term strategy to address this growing concern.

Arlington National Cemetery
