Las Vegas, NV - Congresswoman Dina Titus from Nevada’s First District released the following statement today on the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) awarding a contract for the construction of a new Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Pahrump.  

“After years of waiting, veterans living in Pahrump and the surrounding areas will finally have access to a VA medical facility near their home. This new 10,000 square foot facility will offer a variety of services to veterans, including mental health and primary care. I have carefully followed the development of this project, and often voiced the need for this facility with senior VA officials. I will continue to monitor the progress of the construction to ensure it is completed on time and is well equipped and fully staffed to give our veterans the care they deserve.”
