Today Representative Dina Titus of Nevada’s First Congressional District spoke on the House Floor ahead of the passage of The American Dream and Promise Act. The legislation, co-sponsored by Congresswoman Titus, provides vital protections for up to 2.5 million immigrants who have spent much of their lives in the United States.
