The Salvation Army opened a new facility for homeless veterans on Friday at its Las Vegas campus.
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Salvation Army opened a new facility for homeless veterans on Friday at its Las Vegas campus. U.S. Rep. Dina Titus and other dignitaries took part in a ribbon cutting for the building, which will add housing for up to 42 veterans. The addition brings the total number of beds available for homeless veterans across various programs to 95, according to the Salvation Army. The building at 37 W. Owens Ave. will provide transitional housing and case management for veterans. |
