Titus Joins Colleagues to Form Congressional Women’s Working Group on Immigration Reform

Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Dina Titus of Nevada’s First District is joining with Members of Congress and women’s organizations as part of the newly formed Congressional Women’s Working Group on Immigration Reform.  The Group will fight for comprehensive immigration reform, emphasizing the perspectives and rights of immigrant women and the contributions they have made to our nation. 
 
“Immigrant women play a significant role in our economy and our society, but they also face unique challenges that we must address,” Congresswoman Titus said.  “I am pleased to join with my colleagues in the Congressional Women’s Working Group on Immigration Reform to highlight the importance of comprehensive immigration reform and the need to give immigrant women and their families the protection they need and the recognition they deserve.”
