Las Vegas, NV - Congresswoman Dina Titus of Nevada’s First District released the following statement today on the completion of the One Nevada Transmission Line: 

“I was proud to support the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which set the stage for this critical project. The ON Line transmission project has created hundreds of jobs and will deliver untold opportunity for the development of solar, wind, and geothermal power across eastern Nevada. One of the biggest challenges for clean energy projects is moving the power from where it is generated to where people live and work. ON Line connects northern and southern Nevada's energy network to increase reliability and expand economic development throughout the state.”
