Today Congresswoman Dina Titus of Nevada’s First District released the following statement on the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of the Inspector General Report on allegations of patient mistreatment at the VA Medical Center in North Las Vegas: 

“I want to thank the Inspector General for completing this thorough investigation at my request. I have asked to be kept up to date on the progress of implementing the recommendations issued today to ensure no other veteran suffers from a similar experience. Our nation's heroes deserve the best care possible; that's why we must hold our VA hospitals to the highest standards of both patient care and customer service.”
