"Today is a harrowing day for our state and especially for the Sparks community. My thoughts are with the victims' families and all those affected by this morning's tragic shooting at Sparks Middle School. I also extend my deepest gratitude to all the first responders who bravely rushed to the scene and worked diligently to secure the area and aid the injured."
