Las Vegas—Today Rep. Dina Titus issued the following statement on the State of Nevada’s intervention in a nuclear waste lawsuit filed by the State of Texas.

“We must always fight any attempt to revive Yucca Mountain, a boondoggle that will jeopardize the health and safety of Southern Nevada and residents in almost every congressional district across the country. Scientists, policy experts, and Nevadans all agree: Any attempt to spend billions more on this disastrous plan is bad science and wasted resources.”
