Today Representative Dina Titus of Nevada’s First Congressional District released the following statement in response to the Supreme Court’s decision in Department of Commerce v. New York, in which the majority found “a significant mismatch between the decision the Secretary made and the rationale he provided” and sent the case back to the district court.

KTNV: Las Vegas airport receiving $7.5 million grant

On June 24, Rep. Dina Titus of Nevada’s First Congressional District announced that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted $7.5 million to McCarran International Airport. Congresswoman Titus, who sits on the Transportation and Infrastructure Aviation Subcommittee, voted to pass the reauthorization of the Federal Aviation Administration which included $3.35 billion dollars for the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) over five years.
