Today Representative Dina Titus of Nevada’s First Congressional District joined Representative David Cicilline of Rhode Island’s First Congressional District in introducing legislation to permanently ban the manufacture, possession, sale, or transport of bump stocks and acceleration devices like the one used to murder 58 people in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017.
