Today Representative Dina Titus of Nevada’s First Congressional District testified before the House Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommittee. In her testimony, Congresswoman Dina Titus (NV-1) urged leadership of the House Appropriations Committee not to appropriate any additional funds towards Yucca Mountain and to prevent the Department of Energy from shipping any additional plutonium to Nevada from South Carolina.
